My Basket isnt working ?
If you are having problems with adding a product to
your basket then this will probably be because you have your session
cookies
turned off on your browser. To turn these back on please follow the instructions
below.
How to
Enable JavaScript and Cookies in Netscape and Internet Explorer
Netscape 4.x Enable Cookies and Javascript
Select Edit from the taskbar at the top of the browser screen
From the drop-down menu choose Preferences
On the Category menu on the left, click on Advanced
Then, in the bottom box labeled Cookies, make sure that the radio button
next to Accept all cookies is selected
Click on OK at the bottom
Netscape 6.0-6.2, 7.0 Enable Cookies
Select Edit from the taskbar at the top of the browser screen
From the drop-down menu choose Preferences
On the Category menu on the left, click on on the arrow next to Advanced
Then, click on Privacy and Security. A drop-down menu appears from which
you select Cookies. Make sure that the radio button next to Enable all
cookies is selected
Click on OK at the bottom
Internet Explorer 4.x Enable Cookies
Select Tools from the taskbar at the top of the browser screen
From the drop-down menu choose Internet Options
Click the Advanced tab
Go down to the Cookies section
Click Always Accept Cookies
Click OK
Click Apply to apply the change
Click OK to close the Internet Options... window
Internet Explorer 5.0 and 5.5 Enable Cookies
Select Tools from the taskbar at the top of the browser screen
From the drop-down menu choose Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on the Custom Level button
Scroll down to the Cookies section
Make sure that Enable is selected under both Allow cookies that are stored
on your computer and Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
Click OK
Internet Explorer 6.0 Enable Cookies
Click on Tools > Internet Options.
Click on the Privacy tab.
In the Privacy section, under Settings, you'll see a button labeled Advanced.
Click on Advanced.
In the Advanced Privacy Settings section, click on the checkbox labeled
Override Automatic Cookie Handling (You'll notice that the word Accept
is clicked on by default under First party cookies and Third party cookies.
Leave these radio buttons checked).
Click on the "Ok" button (make sure it is the Ok button for
Advanced Privacy Settings, directly under the words "Always allow
session cookies."
You should be back in the main Privacy sections where you clicked Advanced.
Under the Advanced button is a button labeled Edit. Click on Edit.
In the field labeled Address of Web Site, type in www.myveganshoes.com
and then click the Allow button.
Click OK.
Click OK in the main Privacy section to close the Internet Options box.
AOL 7.0 (Built on Internet Explorer 6.0)
Click on the "Settings" tab.
Under "Settings", click on "Preferences".
In the Preferences section, click on "Internet Properties (WWW)"
which is located in the 3rd column.
This brings up the familiar Internet Options prompt which is normally
found in IE 6.0 under Tools > Internet Options. The rest of these instructions
are also listed in the procedures for IE 6.0.
Click on the Privacy tab.
In the Privacy section, under Settings, you'll see a button labeled Advanced.
Click on Advanced.
In the Advanced Privacy Settings section, click on the checkbox labeled
Override Automatic Cookie Handling (You'll notice that the word Accept
