The risks inherent in mail courier transportation fall into the buyer's range and responsibility as soon as the order is delivered by our company to the mail or courier services, including any returns.
We shall assist in claiming damages from the mail or forwarding services on behalf of the buyer if an order arrives in the buyer's hands in damaged condition.

In common with any new shoes, your shoes should be worn in slowly until they become comfortable to wear for longer periods. Take them off if you feel even slight discomfort during wear. We will not accept any returns if your shoes have been worn outside and are not in a re-saleable condition, therefore we advise you to only wear them inside until you are sure you are happy with your shoes.
We cannot take responsibility, nor accept a return, if the shoes have not been worn or treated with normal reasonable care.
Please note : Friction may be caused by socks made of synthetic materials - and if you feel discomfort, try switching to socks of natural materials. 
We can only accept returns in the original undamaged box, so please do keep this until you are sure you won't be returning your shoes.
