This is the TRANSIT time - that is, our estimation of the time it will take to get to you from when we ship ie. when it leaves us (and does not include our estimated Delivery Time)

Orders within UK are dispatched via Royal Mail or Business Post. You can check your order status on your Tracker page and you can phone your local DHL office if you have any delivery queries.

Orders outside UK are shipped via Royal Mail in conjunction with local postal services.
If your package has not been delivered when you know we have shipped it -
it's likely your local postal service is holding it if they tried to deliver when you weren't home. You should contact them in the first instance to arrange re-delivery. We don't have any influence on local postal services.

If you change your delivery address AFTER we have processed your order - there is an additional charge of £5.95.
This is because the delivery address will have already been advised to Business Post, and they charge us if an address has to be changed on their system. Note: we can only change addresses in this way for UK deliveries.

If the goods are already out for delivery and you want to make a CHANGE to the original delivery address – Business Post charge us, and we are obliged to pass on, an additional charge of £10.95. This is because the original delivery address will already have been allocated to a driver and Business Post charge us FOR BOTH DRIVERS.
